Our menus are designed to flex with your event—dietary needs, themes, and preferences included.

Planning note: Final pricing varies based on your event details, including date, time, location, guest count, and facility requirements. We work hard to keep pricing competitive while delivering the quality and service Summerland is known for.

Bar service: Licensed bar service is available and can be added to your menu package.

Continental Breakfast Buffets

• Light Morning Refreshments: Coffee bar (fresh coffee, decaf, hot water for tea, cocoa, cider, creamers, sugars), assorted bottled/canned drinks, chef's choice pastries/muffins/breads, and fresh cut fruit.
• Hearty Morning Refreshments: Coffee bar, assorted bottled/canned drinks, bagels with whipped cream cheese, chef's choice pastries/muffins/breads, fresh cut fruit, individual yogurts, and granola bars.
• Protein Forward Morning Refreshments: Coffee bar, assorted bottled/canned drinks, bagels with whipped cream cheese, chef's choice pastries/muffins/breads, fresh cut fruit, individual yogurts, granola bars, hardboiled eggs, meats and cheeses, and protein bars/shakes.

Hot Breakfast Buffets

• Included with all hot breakfast buffets: coffee bar and assorted bottled/canned sodas, juices, sparkling waters, sports drinks, and water (refreshed throughout the day).
• Classic Breakfast Buffet: pastries and muffins, fresh cut fruit, scrambled eggs with cheese and garnish, bacon, link sausage, and breakfast potatoes.
• Quiche Breakfast Buffet: variety of bagels with whipped cream cheese, fresh cut fruit, house-baked quiche variety, breakfast potatoes, and link sausage.
• Breakfast Burrito Bar: traditional Mexican pastries, scrambled eggs, diced ham, bacon bits, breakfast potatoes with peppers/onions, refried beans, flour and corn tortillas, salsa, shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, and hot sauces.
• Country Breakfast Buffet: pastries and muffins, fresh cut fruit, scrambled eggs with cheese and garnish, bacon, link sausage, breakfast potatoes, biscuits, and country gravy.
• Healthier Breakfast Buffet: fresh cut fruit, whole wheat bagels with cream cheese, scrambled eggs with cheese and veggie garnish, diced ham, chicken sausage, and breakfast potatoes.

Boxed and Bagged Lunch Options

• Please choose up to 3 options plus a vegetarian option.
• Sandwich - Chicken Salad: seasoned chicken, grapes, green onion, craisins, and mayo on sliced croissant.
• Sandwich - Turkey Cran Delite: oven-roasted turkey breast, cranberry cream cheese, and lettuce on sliced croissant.
• Sandwich - Turkey and Cheddar: piled high on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles.
• Sandwich - Ham and Swiss: piled high on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles.
• Sandwich - Veggie: crisp vegetables and hummus on whole wheat.
• Wrap - Mediterranean (Veg): seasonal crisp greens and hummus in a spinach tortilla.
• Wrap - Chicken Bacon: chicken breast and bacon bits with lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese, and ranch.
• Wrap - Chicken Caesar: chicken breast, black olive, shredded Italian cheese, and Caesar dressing.
• Salad - Garden Salad: mixed greens with fresh seasonal veggies, served with house ranch or raspberry vinaigrette.
• Salad - Chicken Caesar: chopped romaine, artichoke hearts, black olives, shredded Italian cheese, house-baked croutons, and creamy Caesar.
• Salad - Chef Salad: mixed greens, egg, turkey, ham, bacon bits, shredded cheese, and fresh veggies with house ranch or raspberry vinaigrette.
• All boxed/bagged lunches include one salad/sandwich/wrap selection, fresh whole fruit, chips, a sweet treat, and a mint with serviceware and napkins.

Lunch Buffets

• Chef's Choice Hot Lunch Buffet: house soup or salad, two hot entrees, side dish, house focaccia, and light dessert.
• Salad Bar and Sandwich Bar: greens, fresh veggies, proteins, seeds/nuts, dressings, and build-your-own sandwich station with chips and light dessert.
• Prime Rib Stroganoff Buffet: garden salad, prime stroganoff, garlic mashed potatoes, house focaccia, and light dessert.
• Taco Bar Buffet: traditional Mexican salad, build-your-own tacos (or taco salad), soft/hard shells, taco chicken, seasoned ground beef, toppings, chips, salsa, and light dessert.
• Pasta Lunch Buffet: Caesar salad, pasta with Italian sausage and seasoned ground beef in house marinara with shaved cheeses, chicken alfredo, vegetarian pesto cream pasta, house focaccia, and light dessert.
• Pasta Bar Buffet: traditional Caesar salad, marinara pasta, Alfredo pasta, vegetarian creamy pasta, Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, diced chicken, onion-pepper medley, focaccia, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
• Summertime Lunch Buffet: mixed greens with pineapple and berries, candied pecans and raspberry dressing, coleslaw, huli huli chicken, kalua pulled pork, pineapple rice, house mac and cheese, sweet sticky bread, slider buns, and light dessert.
• Italian Lunch Buffet: Caesar or Italian salad, Tuscan or vegetarian lasagna, one chicken entree, vegetarian pasta, wild rice pilaf, seasonal veggies, house focaccia, and light dessert.
• Western Lunch Buffet: choose two salads, choose two proteins (chipotle BBQ pulled pork, BBQ grilled chicken, crispy fried chicken), plus loaded mashed potatoes, house mac and cheese, cornbread or slider buns, and light desserts.
• Country Lunch Buffet: southwest salad, crispy fried chicken, slow roasted brisket, slider buns, loaded mashed potatoes, cornbread, and light dessert.

Dinner Buffets

• Taco Bar Buffet: traditional Mexican salad, build-your-own tacos or taco salad with seasoned ground beef and chicken, rice and beans, elote-style corn casserole, and chips with salsa.
• Pasta Bar Buffet: traditional Caesar salad, marinara pasta, Alfredo pasta, vegetarian creamy pasta, Italian sausage, seasoned ground beef, diced chicken, onion-pepper medley, focaccia, parmesan, and red pepper flakes.
• BBQ Theme: house potato salad, traditional green salad with assorted dressings, BBQ pulled pork, BBQ chicken, and choice of two sides (parmesan mashed potatoes, house baked beans, or house mac and cheese), plus corn casserole and cornbread or buttermilk biscuits.
• Summertime Theme: summertime salad, oven kalua pork, huli huli chicken, choice of rice, yakisoba or house mac and cheese, and sweet sticky bread.
• Italian Dinner: traditional Caesar salad, Tuscan lasagna, choice of chicken or pork dish, rice pilaf or parmesan mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal veggies, and focaccia bread.
• Chicken Cordon Bleu Dinner: garden salad with honey poppyseed dressing, chicken cordon bleu, vegetarian lasagna with creamy marinara, parmesan mashed potatoes or rice pilaf, roasted seasonal veggies, and focaccia bread.
• Western Dinner: choose two salads, choose two proteins (chipotle barbecue pulled pork, barbecue grilled chicken, or crispy fried chicken), plus choice of two sides, and buttermilk biscuits or slider buns.
• Country Dinner Buffet: southwest salad, house potato salad, crispy fried chicken, slow roasted brisket (or pulled pork / shredded chicken with house BBQ sauce), choice of two sides, and buttermilk biscuits or slider buns.
• Pacific Northwest Theme: Oregonian salad, northwest salmon with raspberry glaze and berries, steak strips with cream sherry mushroom sauce, roasted reds or parmesan mashed potatoes, mushroom risotto, roasted seasonal veggies, and focaccia bread.
• Prime Rib Dinner: Northwest nut and berry salad, seasoned prime rib with au jus and creamy horseradish, vegetarian pasta bake, parmesan mashed potatoes, roasted seasonal veggies, and potato roll.
• Prime Rib Dinner Combo: Northwest nut and berry salad, seasoned prime rib, choice of additional entree protein, au jus, creamy horseradish, parmesan or garlic mashed potatoes with gravy, roasted seasonal veggies, and potato roll.
• Protein options available with dinner buffets: Chicken Marsala, Chicken Piccata, Chicken Alfredo, Lemon Chicken, Apricot Chicken, Prosciutto Chicken, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Italian Stuffed Pork Loin, and Raspberry Salmon (Northwest when available).

Afternoon Snack Option

• Individual bags of chips, popcorn, nuts, granola bars, cookies, and candies.

Desserts
